When a customer migrates their phone service from BT to a new phone company, such as Gradwell, their phone number can move with them. This process is called “Porting”. We have a vacancy for a part time (week day mornings) administrative assistant to help us process our number porting orders.

Your responsibilities will be processing customer orders, predominantly configuring and dispatching VoIP Telephone hardware, maintaining our stock, processing deliveries and assisting the support and operations teams.
