Gradwell Broadband Service - Upto 16 Meg with a Service Level Agreement

We are pleased to announce the launch of our Broadband Service, which is the only Broadband Service available with a Service Level Guarantee as standard!

To provide the service we have used the Tiscali Wholesale network, which provides us with specific traffic prioritisation and bandwidth guarantees across their UK wide network and in the local exchange which allows us to guarantee bandwidth and low latency all the way from your home/office, through to our VoIP servers and the internet in London.

Gradwell broadband is suitable for both data/computer network usage, but also ideal for up to 10 concurrent VoIP calls without any heavy data activity. For more than 5 users, we recommend a separate broadband line for VoIP.

We are also able to offer an ADSL2+ service, giving download speeds of approximately 16 megabits and an upload speed of 1 megabit

Broadband Service Level Agreement

Our Premium Broadband Service also comes with Enhanced Care. This means that we, Tiscali and BTOpenreach will endeavour to resolve a fault within 24 clock hours (a clock hour is defined as time when we are working on the problem, rather than waiting for the end user to respond).

Faults can be booked with us Mon-Fri 08.00-20.00 and Sat 09.00-13.00. Outside of these hours, you can leave a message with our out of hours service, for us to deal with at the earliest opportunity.

Flexor IP Phones

We are pleased to announce an extension of our ongoing relationship with Camrivox, the makers of the Flexor IP phone and adaptor range, which means that we can offer these products at a further reduced price.
