“I just wanted to drop you a note to say how pleased we were when our Grandstream phone arrived here in Spain yesterday, only 2 days after I had ordered it from yourself. Thank you for your advice on which phone to buy - we are pleased with the choice and it was so easy to set up, we just plugged it into the router and away we went. We have been very impressed with the quality of both sales and service from Gradwell.

Although we were familiar with the concept of voice over IP we were wary about whether it would work for us here in Spain. However even when we have been using the softphone with our IP line UK clients have said the line quality is much better than our standard Telefonica line. Based on our experience on the trial so far we would not hesitate to recommend Gradwell to others.
