Gradwell dot com Limited is a small but growing Internet Services Provider who focuses on out sourced email and web service solutions. We are a pioneer in the exciting new world of Internet telephony.

Our continual expansion leads us to require a young, dynamic sales associate to join the growing team.

We currently operate as a virtual entity with a team of 6 (3 full, 3 part time) spread across the UK, although the focus is in the South West, i.e. Bath, Corsham and South Bristol. Our current trading address is in Bath and it is intended to establish a small office in the region.

We recently won the “Best use of Broadband” and were highly commended in the “Best Teleworking Company” categories as part of the South West Region’s DTI National E Commerce Awards 2004.

This is a full time position (37 hours, flexible) and teleworking will, initially, be required. You should be able to support yourself in a safe and focused environment and be comfortable working from home. You should also have access to broadband ADSL (which, with telephone, will be supplied).

Prior experience of working in the Internet, IT and Telecoms Sectors will be highly beneficial as our core business is selling outsourced email and web hosting services to IT consultants, designers, media agencies and other small and medium sized technology.

You should be aware that we sell a high volume of relatively low value products and services (e.g. �200). As a result, your efficient and structured approach to the sales process will be essential to meet your commission targets.

We are a well respected business with an active customer base of 2500 and there is clearly great potential for increased account management and repeat business. In addition, most of our business comes via word of mouth and seminar/promotional activities, but you will be required to proactively generate leads via the phone, email and post, as well as in person.

This is a new position within the company, and as a small company, there is great scope for applicants to contribute enormously to the role and our future development.

Salary is likely to be circa �17,000 pa, plus ADSL, for a 5 day week, with an anticipated OTE of between �22k and 25k.
